How to Fix Printer - Error 0x0000011b

If you are not able to print or connect from a shared printer on a network, here is a way to get around this printer issue. To fix the Windows error 0x0000011b, you can try these steps:

Go to the host computer that shared the printer, Open the Registry Editor

Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CURRENT CONTROL SET\CONTROL\PRINT

Right click and create a new DWORD 32-bit value. Rename it to RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled. Right click and modify it to zero value data then Click OK.

Go to the Start Menu and search for Services then look for Print Spooler and restart the service.
